By accessing our Website, placing an order, submitting a customization request, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Product availability, specifications, designs, colours, sizes and pricing may change without prior notice.

4. Customized Products

Customized products are produced according to the information, photographs, names, text, logos, artwork and other instructions provided by the customer.

Before placing an order, customers should carefully check:

• Spelling of names and text

• Photographs

• Dates and numbers

• Logos and artwork

• Product size and specifications

• Customization instructions

Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Inkmagic shall not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information, low-quality photographs, incorrect spelling, incorrect artwork or incomplete instructions supplied by the customer.

5. Customer-Provided Content

Customers may upload or provide photographs, logos, artwork, documents, text or other materials for customization or printing.

You confirm that:

• You have the necessary rights or permission to use the submitted content.

• The content does not knowingly violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

• You will not submit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or infringing content.

You remain responsible for the content you provide.

Inkmagic reserves the right to refuse an order containing content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, offensive or otherwise unsuitable for production.

6. Design Approval

For certain customized or bulk orders, Inkmagic may provide a digital proof, preview or design for customer approval.

Where a proof is provided, customers are responsible for carefully checking the proof before approval.

Once the customer approves the design, production may begin. Errors approved by the customer may not qualify for replacement or refund.

For orders where no proof is provided, production may be based directly on the customer’s submitted information and instructions.

7. Product Colours and Appearance

Actual product colours may vary slightly from images shown on the Website due to:

• Screen and monitor settings

• Photography and lighting

• Printing processes

• Material characteristics

• Different batches of products

Minor variations in colour, texture, placement or finishing may therefore occur and may not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.

8. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without prior notice.

The applicable price will generally be the price displayed at the time the customer places the order, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Additional charges may apply for:

Any applicable additional charges will be communicated where reasonably possible before production.

9. Orders

An order placed through the Website, WhatsApp, email, telephone or another accepted channel may be subject to confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where:

• The product is unavailable

• The information provided is incomplete or inaccurate

• The submitted content cannot reasonably be produced

• There is a suspected fraudulent transaction

• A technical or pricing error has occurred

• The requested product or customization cannot be fulfilled

• The order violates applicable law or these Terms

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed according to our applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Payment

Customers must provide valid payment information and complete payment as required for the selected order.

For customized, bulk, corporate or special orders, we may require full or partial advance payment before production begins.

Production may not begin until the required payment has been successfully received.

11. Production Time

Production time varies depending on:

• Product type

• Quantity

• Customization requirements

• Design approval

• Availability of raw materials

• Printing requirements

• Order volume

Estimated production times are not guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Unforeseen circumstances, supplier delays, technical problems, holidays, transportation issues or events outside our reasonable control may affect production time.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Orders may be delivered through third-party courier or logistics providers.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier operations, weather, holidays, local restrictions and other circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number.

Inkmagic is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, courier restrictions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the package and product promptly after delivery.

If an item is received damaged, defective or materially different from the confirmed order, the customer should contact us as soon as reasonably possible with:

• Order number

• Photographs of the received product

• Photographs of the packaging

• Description of the issue

• Any other information reasonably requested by us

We may investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our applicable Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy.

14. Returns and Customized Products

Because customized products are produced specifically according to customer instructions, returns or cancellations may be restricted once production has started.

However, this does not affect any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law, including where a product is defective, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise fails to meet applicable requirements.

15. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before production begins.

Once customization, printing, manufacturing or processing has started, cancellation may not be possible.

For bulk, corporate, specially sourced or made-to-order products, separate cancellation conditions may apply.

Any eligible refund will be handled according to the applicable refund policy and applicable law.

16. Corporate and Bulk Orders

Corporate, wholesale, event and bulk orders may be subject to separate quotations and agreed terms.

For such orders, the quotation may specify:

• Product specifications

• Quantity

• Customization

• Pricing

• Taxes, where applicable

• Payment schedule

• Production timeline

• Delivery schedule

• Design approval requirements

Once a quotation or order is accepted, the agreed commercial terms may apply in addition to these Website Terms.

17. Third-Party Suppliers and Manufacturing Partners

To fulfil certain products or orders, Inkmagic may work with third-party manufacturers, printers, suppliers or service providers.

We may share only the information reasonably necessary to fulfil the relevant order.

Product availability and production timelines may depend partly on supplier availability.

Customer-provided photographs, logos and artwork remain the property of the customer or their respective rights holders.

By submitting content for an order, you grant Inkmagic the limited permission necessary to process, print, manufacture and fulfil that order.

We make reasonable efforts to keep Website information accurate and up to date.

However, occasional errors may occur in product descriptions, pricing, availability, photographs or other information.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update Website information when necessary.

20. Prohibited Use

You must not use our Website or services to:
